• Submitting your request/order
You may submit a request/order by filling in the form on the website or should you prefer to make a request by emailing us, you may do so by reaching us at sales@goldenland.com.sg. Upon receipt of your Request/order, we will issue you with the Acknowledgement via e-mail confirming that we have received your request and will process your request. If your telephone number is provided, and should you wish us to contact you through the phone, we will give you a call to confirm the details of your order/request.

• Cancelling your request/order
You may withdraw, at no charge, your order before we ship out. However, if you withdraw it after the shipment have made, you may need to bear the cost of all shipment charges, which is the shipment to you and back to us. (Shipping and returns conditions apply here)

• Price
The price stated on our website is the price payable by you for the goods inclusive of goods and services tax (GST) and any other tax or charges but does not include the delivery/ shipping charges. However, any import duty or taxes which are levied by the authorities of your country once the product reaches you, are your responsibility.

• Payment Terms
Payment by credit card is the quickest and easiest way to conclude your purchase. Payment is secure as Golden Land Group uses the Paypal Integration direct from osCommerce. A safer, easier way to pay online.

• Guarantee
Your purchase with us is safe and guaranteed. For items which are above SGD 300, we will get your ordered item(s) certified by local Gemmological Institute and issue a certificate for that. Our gemstones are guaranteed to be natural, untreated and in premium quality. Should you receive your purchased item(s) as faulty, we will offer a total refund on the cost of the goods and postage. If you are not pleased with your purchase and change your mind, we will refund the cost of the goods (exclude postage) provided that you inform us within 7 days of receiving the good and returned to us in original condition.

• Privacy
We do not sell, disclose or give away any customer details, they are strictly meant for internal use only. Order form is digitally encrypted and very secure.

• Currency Conversion
Prices are shown in Singapore dollars. A currency converter is available should you wish to convert the price of the item into other currencies.
